By creating an account or using MarginMate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MarginMate provides a food cost calculation tool for professional and personal use in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Calculations are provided as-is for informational purposes. Verify costs with your actual supplier invoices.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person. Do not share accounts.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of payment. No partial refunds for unused time.
You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, use the tool for illegal purposes, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.
MarginMate provides calculations for informational purposes only. We are not liable for business decisions made based on calculations, including pricing, purchasing, or staffing decisions.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
